BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE

Boot Camp Challenge

Utah Marine families and friends particpated in Boot Camp Challenge
on October 4, 2008 at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in Sand Diego
to raise money for the Wounded Marines and their families.

WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
See Photos

Each participant went to San Diego at their own expense and participated in a furious 3 mile course that featured obstacles used only by Marine Recruits at the Marine Corp Recruit Depot.  With Drill Instructors hot on our heels and in our faces all the way through the course, we emerged at the finish line exhausted but excited about what we had just experienced.  Being on the Marine Recruit obstacle course brings with it a sense of awe as you realize this is where it all begins for those fine young men who become U. S. Marines.

Thank you to all who donated and supported our teams at Boot Camp Challenge. You are the ones who made this a success!  All funds were donated to the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund, which has provided over $22 million dollars in grants to wounded Marines and their families.
